ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Stringline Pictures partnered with J-Berd Companies to produce a recruitment and culture video designed to attract top talent, support employee onboarding, and strengthen employer branding. This employee recruitment video was created to help prospective hires understand not just the role, but the people, values, and workplace culture behind the company.
Filmed on location, the project featured candid interviews with employees across departments and leadership, capturing authentic stories and real day-to-day experiences. Through thoughtful interview storytelling, cinematic visuals, and professional post-production, the video highlights J-Berd Companies’ history, core values, and long-standing commitment to its team.
The final recruitment and onboarding video serves as a versatile hiring and internal communications tool—used across careers pages, job listings, onboarding programs, and social recruiting channels. By showcasing real employees and an authentic work environment, the video helps build trust with candidates, improves recruitment engagement, and supports long-term employee retention.
This project demonstrates Stringline’s expertise in employee recruitment video production, company culture storytelling, and scalable training and onboarding video solutions for growing businesses.
Why Video Works for Recruitment, Hiring & Onboarding
Today’s candidates want more than a job description — they want to understand the people, culture, and expectations before they apply. Video makes that possible.
-
Attract better candidates
Job listings with video receive significantly higher engagement and application rates than text-only postings, helping your roles stand out in a crowded hiring market. -
Improve candidate quality & culture fit
Recruitment and culture videos allow candidates to see real employees and real environments, helping them self-select and apply with confidence.
-
Speed up the hiring process
When candidates understand the role upfront, sales and HR teams spend less time answering basic questions and more time interviewing qualified applicants. -
Create a better onboarding experience
Video onboarding helps new hires retain information faster and ensures consistent training across teams, locations, and departments. -
Reduce turnover & training costs
Clear expectations and consistent messaging lead to stronger alignment, fewer early exits, and less repetitive training work for internal teams.
